It is more than a necessity. Meal times become a ceremony, enrichment, enjoyment. The local alpine cuisine, embellished by healthy Mediterranean traditions, becomes tasty and digestible. The noble wines accompanying them are the flagship of our hotel. Wine lovers and connoisseurs can sample a variety of local wines, but can also enjoy international rarities. The host, a qualified sommelier, will gladly make recommendations, and invite you to visit his well-stocked cellar. You can choose the best wines from the 250 we have to offer. Our culinary concept

In the elegant dining room with a view of the Olang Dolomites, you can start your day with a hearty breakfast, rich in vitamins and energy, served each day from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We offer: juices rich in fibre and vitamins from the Ökoring (bio) brand, organic milk or hay milk from the Bruneck dairy, various varieties of muesli, dried fruit and fresh fruit salad. You will also find (on request) boiled eggs and omelettes, vegan foods, Dr. Schär lactose and gluten free foods as well as various fresh breads from the nearby baker, with excellent home-made jams, cheeses and salami, ham and fine South Tyrolean speck.

Summer. The days are long, the evening balmy and people venture out to explore the mountains and the surrounding area. With all the senses and, last but not least, with the palate. There is a great variety. Summer in Olang is a melting pot of different experiences: cultural, scenic, and even culinary. So, from May to November we deliberately abandon the traditional concept of half board and we offer you the opportunity to know all the facets of the gastronomy in South Tyrol.

Which restaurant aspires to the “stars” and presents them on the plate? Where can we find tasty traditional cuisine? Who offers excellent dishes for vegetarians? Or: who prepares excellent curry sausages? Tell us your preferences - and we will please you! We will book a table in the restaurant and, on request, we will arrange for the transfer, so that you can taste the exquisite wines of South Tyrolean wine-growers without a worry. There are endless possibilities at a few steps away from our facility.
And, with the Dine Around concept you do not have any constraints. You can sleep in, have breakfast as late as possible and then have a snack in one of the idyllic mountain shelters - so that you have just the right appetite for dinner. You will be completely free to organise your evening program and visit the various cultural and culinary highlights of the area. With Dine Around your holiday will be even richer and more enjoyable.

On the other hand, from middle of December to middle of March, with the short and cold days, we offer you our rich buffet breakfast, and an exclusive 4-dish menu with alpine and Mediterranean cuisine each evening from 7:00 p.m.to 8:30 p.m. South Tyrolean specialities will be complemented by typical Italian dishes. We will tell you what will be offered for dinner each morning. You can make changes if what we offer is not to your liking. We also offer children’s menus on request. Before and after dinner music lovers can play our piano - we certainly appreciate your musical talents.
