In the elegant dining room with a view of the Olang Dolomites, you can start your day with a hearty breakfast, rich in vitamins and energy, served each day from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We offer: juices rich in fibre and vitamins from the Ökoring (bio) brand, organic milk or hay milk from the Bruneck dairy, various varieties of muesli, dried fruit and fresh fruit salad. You will also find (on request) boiled eggs and omelettes, vegan foods, Dr. Schär lactose and gluten free foods as well as various fresh breads from the nearby baker, with excellent home-made jams, cheeses and salami, ham and fine South Tyrolean speck.

- Summer: from May to November, book your room with breakfast. Our unique summer culinary concept “Dine Around” gives you the freedom to choose your dinner.
Dine Around: enjoy the summer outdoors, and discover the authenticity of the place and its customs on your plate. In the true meaning of the word. We will recommend the most interesting restaurants and inns in Olang and the surrounding area. We can recommend starred restaurants, original farmhouses, the crispiest pizza in the area, and a tasty curry sausage made of high quality butcher’s meat from South Tyrol. Your vacation will give you continuous emotions - not only thanks to the daytime experiences, but also from what you find in your dishes - Today you will be dining in a mountain cabin, tomorrow in a refined starred restaurant...and the day after that anything is possible.
- Winter: in addition to the buffet breakfast, during the winter season (from December to April) you can enjoy a delicious 4-course menu that can satisfy all your wishes. We also gladly cater to your special needs and prepare children’s menus (upon request).
- Getting around with public transport
The free Olang Holidaypass gives you the possibility to use public transport (coach, regional trains, provincial ski lifts, ski bus) throughout South Tyrol free of charge. We also offer personalised recommendations for trekking and mountain hikes, a wide selection of maps and information material, as well as many benefits and discounts, including free participation in Nordic Walking courses in the “Nature Fitness Park of the Kronplatz, Dolomites” free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Olang (summer) and free admission for your children to the various activities and entertainment program.
